For each of the following questions, please select the frequency with which you practice these actions.

  1. I recycle office paper and other mixed paper in the workplace.
  2. I recycle beverage containers in the workplace.
  3. Where there's a controllable light switch in the workplace, I turn off lights in rooms when I am the last person to leave (e.g. meeting room, kitchen, storage, staff & supply rooms).
  4. I unplug chargers in my workspace when not in use.
  5. I turn off my monitor at the end of every day.
  6. I turn off my monitor when I will be out of the office for an extended period, like for lunch or meetings.
